This professional-grade 300W inverter converts DC power from batteries or solar panels into the AC power used by household electronics. It includes two AC wall outlets, three 5V 2.1A USB charging ports, one smart 5V/9V/12V 2.1A USB charging port, a voltmeter and power LCD display, alligator clips for battery connections, and a cigarette plug for connecting to a vehicle.

Rated at 300W with up to 600W peak output, it can support quick bursts of power for electronics such as drills and drivers. It is sized for power tools at the job site and household electronics including laptops, monitors, small TVs, fans, radios, CPAP machines, lights, and small kitchen appliances. Dakota Lithium staff have used it with a 25Ah battery to run a monitor, laptop, and phone charging at the same time, and with a 54Ah battery plus a 50W solar panel for ongoing power-tool charging.

This is the smallest inverter in the Dakota Lithium catalog. For larger appliances such as TVs, coolers, and fridges, the Victron Energy 1200W inverter is recommended. For off-grid living spaces such as RVs, boats, or cabins, the Victron MultiPlus 2000W inverter is recommended.

The minimum battery size stated for this inverter is a 23Ah Dakota Lithium battery or larger.
