54 Ampere hours (Ah). Dakota Lithium batteries provide consistent power for all 54 Amp hours. DL LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, which means they have a steady power output as the battery discharges. The power output will not dramatically drop like similar sized SLA batteries. You get all the juice down to the last drop.

12V 10A LiFePO4 charger included. Dakota Lithium 12V batteries should be charged at 14.4 volts, higher than AGM or lead acid. Lead acid chargers will work, but will only charge the battery to 80% of capacity.

I used the 54 ah to power my 10 foot Jon boat with a Minn Kota C2 40 lb thrust motor and a small Garmin fish finder on Kangaroo Lake in Door County, Wi. The lake is about 2.5 miles long, so I probably put about 6 miles on the battery each day for three days, sometimes still air and sometimes a strong headwind or tailwind. I’d charge the battery at the end of each fishing day. The battery never quit. At the start of each day, voltage was about 13.2 and at the end, about 12.6. It charges in about 3 hours using the charger provided by Dakota Lithium. It’s very light weight compared with my old 55 ah AGM. I like it a lot.
