Return shipping depends on the order size and the vendor. We recommend UPS ground for the most competitive rates. You can ship through UPS at a UPS store, or local shipping agent. Before returning a battery please contact support@dakotalithium.com for the return address, and additional help
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with one of our batteries you can return it for a refund, less a 5% restocking fee, up to 30 days after shipping date.
For all returns, DOT and FAA regulations require that lithium batteries ship via sturdy, specially-marked boxes with static-free wrapping. All battery returns must be shipped in UN-spec boxes and packaged according to federal regulations. Packaging is available from your local UPS Store or Fedex/Kinkos store.
