If you are unsatisfied for any reason with one of our batteries you can return it for a refund up to 30 days after purchase.
For all returns, DOT and FAA regulations require that lithium batteries ship via sturdy, specially-marked boxes with static-free wrapping. All battery returns must be shipped in UN-spec boxes and packaged according to federal regulations. Packaging is available from your local UPS Store or Fedex/Kinkos store.
