I replaced 4-12 volt with this 48V96AH, I can’t believe the difference it made and the distance I get with my cart. I use my Club Car for hunting, I have knobby tires on the rear and with the loss of approximately 280lbs of battery weight my cart can really climb hills !!! I realize the battery is expensive but with wet cell batteries only lasting 3-5 years I thought I would give it a try and I love it!!!

The 48v Dakota battery is functioning as expected in my 2017 Clubcar President. Installation is not a simple drop- in. The battery compartment is partitioned and the center divider has to be dealt with , as the Dakota spans both halves of the compartment. ( not a deal breaker) Then terminal studs are a bit short , connecting the cart wires and the leads for the charger wires is almost not enough threads. Performance has been excellent so far. -- F Stoltz
