If the LEDS on the power box are on when the BMS opens the battery, the LEDS are destroyed. I recommend a controller be used if the Power Box is on when charging.
This panel does deliver the full power rating of 20 WATTS.

I would like it if the hardware to connect to the battery or other charging setup was installed. Other than that it performs beautifully for my purposes.
