I recently installed a Garmin 93sv with a Panoptics transducer. I found out quick that it was a power hog. I connected it to a used separate lead acid battery which charged and tested good with a load tester. It would last 4-5 hrs. I replaced that battery with a Dakota 23 AH and before I installed it I got worried that it would not last long either, but to my surprise, it lasted all day. As a matter of fact, I intentionally left the depth on to see how long it would last with the constant drain. It lasted approximately 11 hrs which is way more, than a typical fishing day.

Awesome battery, plenty of power in a small package!!

Very happy with battery performance. Using it to power a Garmin Echomap Ultra and Livescope transducer mounted at front of boat. Very light and compact. I have used it for 4 hours at a time so far with not problems of insufficient charge.

only used it one time so far but everything looks good small and light.time will tell how good this battery is.

Not in use yet,not before may 15th. But I have heard great things about these batteries.

Will be very happy when I can go across the border to pick it up. Strange times we are in. Purchased another one in Canada and have been using for a few weeks and it works great!

I use a lithium battery on my motorcycle and haven’t had a moment of trouble with it, so I am trying a new one on my depth finder. I have yet been in the water do to wind and rains, but looking forward to the moment. Lithium batteries are much better I think.

What a great little battery! This thing has solved my kayak powering headaches, let’s just say the Helix 7 is a thirsty beast. I used it for a day and it was still at 95%… very impressive! Now I just need to find more time to fish!
