96 Ampere hours (Ah). Dakota Lithium batteries provide consistent power for all 96 Amp hours. DL LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, which means they have a steady power output as the battery discharges. The power output will not dramatically drop like similar sized SLA batteries. So far I am very satisfied with my 48 volt battery. I replaced my 8 6volt batteries. Here in Arizona it was a task keeping all batteries topped off with distilled water.
We leave our golf cart parked in our car port. Upon returning after approximately 6 months the batteries have dropped below 30 percent charged so the charger will not charge below 30%. They I need to individually charge to bring them above 30%.
I plan to bring my Lithium battery into our house in our 6 month absence where I maintain a somewhat controlled temperature at 90 degrees. It is much more secure inside as well.
The battery was fairly easy to install. Got 3 rounds of golf. So far so good.

I just installed the 48v battery in my golf cart. So far it seems to have more pickup. Could be from the 300 lbs in weight savings over the old wet cells. But I expect. An overall improvement in run time with my new battery. My cart is a Club Car. I ordered my Dakota. Battery before I removed the old lead acid ones. Upon removal I found that there was a divider and cables running between the old batteries. I could not re-route them so ended up building a false bottom / platform to go over them to set the Dakota 48v battery on. In hindsight 2 24 volt batteries would have made for a cleaner drop in solution. I plan to use the old charging cable so I can plug directly into the cart. I just need to modify the charger to attach the cable directly to it. Right now I kind of have a Frankenstein cable’ it works but isn’t clean. Overall I’d highly recommend this battery from a maintenance free standpoint alone. No more battery acid stains on my garage floor either.

Had the 48V 96Ah battery installed on my Yamaha golf cart on 12-7. Wow! A fantastic improvement in speed and range from my new Dakota battery vs Trojan batteries. After one round, VictronConnect battery monitor reported battery still 100% charged. Charging is a snap with the provided charger. Unable to comment on durability, but very pleased with performance so far.
