Customer Service excellent. I totally messed the order up Thankfully they got it all corrected for me. Shipping also great received tracking number right away So I could track it to the door. Batteries WOW sooooo much more power I love the extra ride time I have. Everything about Dakota Batteries A++. Thank you for such a great product. Definitely would recommend !!!!!!!

The battery is a great addition to my portable radio station. I had 163 contacts in about two hours. The battery powered the radio through out the entire time, It is light which makes setup easier.

I upgraded from a Lowrance Elite TI to a Lowrance HDS Live. The Dekota 10ah battery did not last more than 4 hours on the new locator. I purchased the Dakota 12v 23ah battery and not only did it go all day but my locator, both down scan and side scan was much more defined. Also, my Sonar was also much clearer. I was told by a Lowrance Rep years ago that as you upgrade in features, you have to upgrade in battery power. The Dakota is the key. I put it in a Pelican 1200 box, and it fit perfect.

Excellent customer service, the first one was destroyed in shipping. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent out a replacement. So far its working great
