The best Batteries I have ever owned

Light battery! Came with charger and charged without any issues. Could her the BMS running. Cool battery!

I purchased two 12v 54Ah batteries for my two pontoon boats (9foot) and am totally satisfied with their performance. We just spent the day fishing one of the high lakes in our area and are totally impressed with them. A little pricey, but would buy one again.

After using a traditional lead acid battery to power my trolling motor, I finally decided to make the investment in a light weight LiPo battery. My first option was an expensive unit from Cabelas. The salesperson was of no help and I still needed an additional charger, a nearly $800 investment. Then, I discovered Dakota and contacted Patrick in their customer service dept. After determining my needs, he recommended a 54Ah battery that came with a charger for a total of $499. Thanking it a step further, I run a Garmin fish finder and often use it in a non motorized belly boat. For this purpose, Patrick recommended the Dakota 10Ah battery, smaller and lighter than an old-fashioned 6v flashlight battery. I added a smaller charger (not included in the $100 battery price) Both batteries charge in less than 3 hours. I have only used the pair of batteries on one occasion, using the trolling motor, on and off, for perhaps 5 hours. The fish finder was on for nearly 6 hours. It is difficult to measure how much power is left in a LiPo battery after use but I never had concern that either battery was at risk of running out of power.

I would recommend Dakota, their products and their very helpful staff (specifically Patrick) to anyone considering the upgrade to LiPo batteries.

Perfect for fly fishing pontoons

Tim was so helpful while I was making my decision on which Dakota battery I would need. He answered all of the questions that I threw at him. So far I am very pleased with my 12V54AH Deep Cycle battery. Charged it upon receipt and have logged about 4 hours use on my Minn Kota 55 trolling motor and it still shows a full charge!! Awesome product.

I am old and weak. My deep cell was 47 lbs this battery 17…. I am fishing again. The only regret is that it will outlive me.
