I’m powering a 45lb thrust trolling motor and depth graph on a 12 foot kayak. I rarely used it because my old lead battery weighed 62lbs. and was hard on my bad back. I’ve already been out 3 times in one week with my new Dakota battery that weighs SEVENTEEN pounds. Went 3 hours and could have gone 3 times that. It’ll last longer than I can.? I was a little sticker shocked but I run a livescope and a mega 360 , my battery would run down quickly, I purchased this battery and it ran both for 9 hours and when I quit it still had 13 volts so I’m extremely happy with this battery

I’ve been buying Dakota Lithium for years and they are great. They are one of the few manufactures that supports putting their 12 V batteries in parallel.

I use my 54ah battery a lot since I got it. I’ve used it on a 4 day ice fishing trip powering my 9″ lowrance fs and lowrance active target sonar and charged my go pro and phone I couple times Battery died at the end of the 3rd day
other then that I use it at my cabin just to charge weekend electronics

I got for my old town ap 136, only used it two times and does the job very well.

Well worth the money. I have had 2 of these over the last few years. I let one go when I sold a kayak and regretted it. This battery will run longer than you need it to and with more power then you expect it to. This is a must have for kayak fishing applications or any time you are looking to maximize power, run time and WEIGHT! For me this battery is the gold standard for 12V Deep Cycle needs.
