Great battery that powers everything on my boat during a fishing tournament with power to spare. I don’t ever have to worry about my battery going dead

Using in a dragboat cranks faster then optima and only gets charged at end of day I have been very impressed so far and lost 35 to 40 pounds to boot!

Purchased for my ’68 Cadillac that sits in storage part of the season. Looking for something that won’t discharge itself to death, doesn’t weigh 60lbs, and will last longer than 3yrs. So far I’m quite impressed – had a hard first start with this car this season. Taking a good 45 seconds of constant cranking and this battery showed zero signs of slowing the starter down. Now the real test will be if it survives winter.

I bought two of these for my 24v 80# Minn Kota. Installed on a 17’ bay boat so space and weight are at a premium. Was really happy with the price and thinking about replacing my two heavy factory batteries with these (house and starting). They are insanely light and small. Took my boat fishing all day yesterday for first run since install. Batteries still showing full charge after trolling from 7a-1p and 5:30-7:30. Even did a few “top speed” runs to see how fast the hull would run on full thrust. Batteries never even got warm. Love them!

It is the best decision I’ve made. I liked the performance of the 36v lithiums, that I purchased a 4th battery and upgraded my ezgo to a 48v golfcart. Now I have to turn the power down because the golfcart zips too fast.i even installed seatbelts because of the power of these batteries.

This battery is kick ass. I’ve got it installed in a BMW 335D that had the fuel system disconnected and therefore needed to crank for a solid 3 or so minutes total to start – let me tell you the starter did not go down in pitch the ENTIRE time. It just. kept. going. Actually, I swear it started spinning a bit faster after awhile. I kept waiting for it to poop out and I realized with this technology, the battery is no longer the limiting factor with starting your car. This battery is lighter, more powerful, has more energy, I don’t have to worry if it discharges all the way, and it’s going to last like 3 times as long. I’ll have this until the next decade. Never going back to lead acid.
My only complaint is that you can’t charge these under 32⁰. Hardly a problem since they’ll warm up after a little drive and this probably has double the capacity of what’s already in your car. Nonetheless, I’ll be looking into heating pad solutions this winter and hope Dakota implements some internal heating for their other batteries soon!
Way cheaper than Antigravity where you’ll be shelling out 4 digits for a 60 ah battery. Unless you are cranking a tank over you will not notice any benefit of more than 1000 CCA, this is absolutely plenty. Be more worried about your gas turning into ice before this battery gets too cold to work.
