While heading back to boat ramp I hit something hard and broke my lower unit. We couldn’t get help to tow us back so we used the trolling motor about 1/4 of a mile back to the boat ramp. Thank god the battery powered us that long.

I have just installed it in my Crestliner Ski and fish, it’s powering a Garmin force trolling motor, unfortunately I live in western Canada and our Lakes are in their solid form so I won’t be able to try it out until Mid April, it is a fairly compact battery and I have it installed where it’s safe, and out of the way, very impressed by the weight, I installed in the front of my boat and I don’t think it will have any adverse affects on its handling
