Not sure about this yet! I have to fabricate a plate in my golf cart battery compartment to hold this battery. It is much smaller that the other batteries. But this battery is going to take 345.8 lbs off my golf cart it weighs 58.4 lbs. It is replacing 6 Trojan T-105 6 volt batteries at 64 lbs each!! Not only is it lighter but it should make the cart go faster and charge last longer with less weight to haul.

There are several batteries out there less expensive. However, I chose Dakota based upon a better level of trust in the product and company. I am using the battery to power a minn kota trolling motor on a 28′ offshore fishing boat. So far I have fished twice. Once in calm water and once in rough water. Under rough water conditions I fished 2 days for about 4 hours each day without recharge. I am extremely happy with my choice in battery.

I bought 2 36V 60Ah Dakota Lithium batteries and installed them in golf carts that had 6 six volt batteries. the installation was straightforward and they power the golf carts easily. I need to purchase a 36 volt to 12volt step down item so that I can use the radio and lights on the carts. I definately recomment Dakota Lithium batteries for golf carts.
