Using for portable amateur radio, excellent stable voltage and extremely long operating time. Also using on my small crusing sailboat as the entire electrical system, keeps my radio operating and charges my devices. Love the led lights as well.

Not having the strength I used to have. My hands getting soft, grip beginning to fail.I dropped my 10ah battery and cracked the case. Like most do. I did a internet search for the new batteries.
Lithium batteries seemed like the way to go. The local sporting goods store had one in stock. I went to buy. Lithium batteries are extremely light weight. The keys I carry weigh more than the battery. Like 130 bucks. Lot of money. But,
asked about charger. Yeah, they are over here. Over here? He showed me solar battery charger. Uninformed employee.
Internet search again.
Battery charger’s with pulse could ruin lithium batteries. Buy battery for 130. Risk ruining using my pulse chargers. Ebay has a premade battery case to put battery in. Just connect terminals. It’s like 65 dollars low end. So, 195 dollars no charger.
No sale. More research.

Ordered matched set. No worries overcharging battery, battery with case still light weight. The led lights on case are incredibly bright.

Why would you not purchase a matched set up for equal to or less amount of money?

As mentioned getting older. I live in GOD’S country where the snow melt run off gives us access to some incredible canoe fishing areas. That are only available to us during run off time. Still have to Portage a few places. I built a battery box to take along. With 12v lights to plug, phone charger cords, 12v heated vest extension cords to plug into after paddling Rapids. snow melt water ain’t warm.
It’s been worn out for years.
The styrofoam battery sandwich doesn’t fit as tight as it once did.
It weights I bet twice as much if not more than this Dakota lithium set up. No fumbling with this wire connects to this, to charge phones, this wire runs 12v lights.

I hope for a few more years.

The powerbox 10 is excellent and lightweight for the application that we are using. We use it to power GPS base stations on construction jobsites. We used to use blue top deep cycle batteries. This lightweight waterproof option works so much better. We just wish that it came in bigger sizes. Perhaps an powerbox 20 or 30 option would work that much better.

Great products why spend $ on a cheep battery’s. Great warranty and costumer service. No AGM batteries on the market come close to the Dakota lithium. Can’t wait see what they come out with next I have the 36v 63amp hr trolling motor battery for my Lowrance Ghost And the 12v power box for Lowrance locator for kayak thanks Dakota lithium for the great products

Excellent product, I did have a bad light on the box. I contacted Dakota lithium and before I knew it they sent me a replacement. Excellent service.
