The battery is very good. It runs my Humminbird helix 7 on the ice for 2 1/2 days before it needed a charge. I’m very impressed with the 10 amp battery. It’s worth the money.

excellent battery- fast charge, long lasting and extrmely lightweight

Using this with my helix 5 and haven’t been under 100 percent charge. I’ve used it for out to five hours a trip and charge stays 100 percent. I charge after each use. Great product and very light weight.

This lets me ice fish all day long with my Humminbird Helix 5, and the unit never displays less than 100 percent battery power. But the real surprise was the weight–it feels like there’s no battery in the unit which makes it so much easier to hole-hop.

I love this battery. I initially purchased a 65$ lithium battery from a different company. It was the worst. First one wouldn’t charge and the second replacement did the same. I returned it and purchased a Dakota. I had to wait for 2 weeks but it was worth it. Much lighter than Lead acid battery and lasts all day fishing. I started fishing at 7am and by 1030 the battery still read 100% charged. My Dakota battery was worth the money.

Works great powering my family room desk lamp with 7w 12vdc light bulb.
