I have ordered several lithium batteries from here and I must say that the service I’ve received long after purchasing them has been exceptional. The effort and attention put forth by Sam H. after incountering a problem almost a year after buying anything, deserves recognition. Anyone can be pleasant when trying to sale something, but he has been wonderful when everything was going wrong. I was afraid the process of replacing a faulty battery would be a long and frustrating trip through red tape and fine print associated with the warranty. I was wrong. I hope that he is rewarded with more than recognition for the work he does. Promotions and pay increases are definitely deserved!
