Customer service is top notch

Purchased for my ice fishing electronics. Haven’t used them, as it’s mid summer, but when season arrives, I’ll put them to the test and let you know. I ordered the 7Ahr but those werent available, so I was upgraded to 10Ahr batteries. I was amazed when I read the note upon their delivery. Amazing business and ill definitely be back when I need other batteries.

So far so good! Perfect drop in replacement for the lead acid batteries that came in my son’s Kuberg electric minibike. Kudos to the Dakota team for upgrading my order free of charge to higher AH batteries due to shipping delays on the ones I ordered! I received the order in about 2 days after ordering (in CA). I will definitely order from them again!

Batteries are outstanding in every way super light and last forever

I have successfully used the 4 batteries I purchased from Dakota Lithium with impeachable results.

I want to make a special point as to customer service. When I received my second pair of two 7 Amp batteries, due to some error they arrived scratched. I shared my concern via email to Dakota Lithium’s customer service. The associate who picked up my email immediately responded and arranged for a replacement. I am grateful.

Haven’t had a day since purchase my batteries have died on me! Running 12 lights and a hummingbird mega360 all at the same time!

My latest order will bring my total batteries used up to 19. I am a ham radio operator specializing in emergency communications. As an Emergency Coordinator for ARES, a net control station for Skywarn and a member of my local CERT I need reliable communications if the power grid goes down. Dakota Lithium batteries give me reliable power at a constant voltage to allow me to stay on the air in my ham shack as well as out in the field when I have to go portable. With a couple of Dakota dollar panels charging my shack batteries and a Dakota foldable solar panel for portable use I can operate under any conditions.

Due to backorder, I was sent a twin pack of 10AH batteries at no additional charge. Way beyond customer service, would recommend them to anyone.
