I’ve gotten three trips on my Helix 5 around 6-8 hours each trip. With my old battery I was lucky if I got one full trip out of it….great battery

Dakota lithium’s simply the best !! Hello everyone I am writing this review from my own experience with Dakota lithium batteries. I am an avid Ice fisherman as well as an open water fisherman. I have been using Dakota lithium 10ah batteries for a year now . I can’t stress enough the weight difference and run time of these lithium batteries compared to the traditional 7ah lead acid batteries. I use these batteries in my flashers also in my power boxes. Here’s an example of the amazing run time I personally got with one 10ah Dakota in my power box. I literally used every function on my power box for 5 days straight without a charge . Well built, a lot of features packed inside the little ammo can. The USB charging ports comes in handy for those long days on the lake. The 10AH lithium battery powered my garmin fishfinder for a weekend of fishing on my kayak with power to spare. The cigarette lighter power port opens up a wide array of accessories you can plug into the power source. I would recommend this product and company to anyone looking for a mobile 12v power source.

Love my new battery box! This is perfect for kayak fishing, waterproof and so light ???? I can power my fish finder, phone, and GoPro at the same time and still have the cig lighter socket available to recharge my headlamp if I need to.  Sam with customer service was fast at returning emails and very helpful with my questions about charging the batteries! Couldn’t be happier with Dakota Lithium, if you fish from a kayak I highly recommend this battery box with the 12v10ah battery
