What the warranty does not cover

Negligence, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear

Do-it-yourself modifications or damage due to gross negligence

Improper use outside the battery’s intended application (always follow the product specs)
If we determine the battery was used improperly, you may be subject to a $150/hour repair charge plus parts and shipping.

How to start a warranty claim

Contact the original place of purchase first (DakotaLithium.com or an authorized dealer).

In some cases, the battery/component may need to be shipped back to Dakota Lithium for inspection.
