What if I purchased my Dakota Lithium product before September 1, 2026?

The current Dakota Lithium Limited Warranty applies to covered products sold by Dragonfly Energy, DakotaLithium.com, or an authorized Dakota Lithium dealer or distributor on or after September 1, 2026.
Dragonfly Energy did not assume the prior company’s warranty obligations when it acquired the Dakota Lithium brand. However, we want to support existing Dakota Lithium customers where reasonably possible.
For products purchased before September 1, 2026, Dragonfly Energy has created a Legacy Customer Support Program that allows our team to review each situation and offer assistance where appropriate. Any assistance provided through this program is a voluntary goodwill accommodation and is separate from the current Dakota Lithium Limited Warranty.
