After the first one I just had to buy another for a backup

I upgraded the Lowrance unit on my Hobie yak from the Hook2 5” to the new Hook Reveal 9”. I was powering the old unit using 12v West Marine batteries. I immediately noticed an issue with battery longevity which prompted me to seek out a new solution. Enter Dakota Lithium! So far the battery has exceeded my expectations not only in longevity while out on the water but weight as well. Excellent product. Excellent customer service and shipping. Now my electronics will last as long as my other stuff onboard that are powered by a Dakota Lithium battery.

I’ve heard how great this battery is for fishing electronics, so I finally decided to see for myself. I have only been out a couple times, but so far it has powered my unit flawlessly, and the weight difference between this and a standard SLA battery is insane! I had heard about it being lighter, but I was shocked when I held them side by side. Highly recommend!
