I ordered a new 12 Volt 10 AH battery for my underwater camera because I was so happy with the Dakota battery I use with my Humminbird Helix 7 for ice fishing. The battery was on sale with free shipping to Canada and an additional 10% discount on my first order.
I received the battery within a few days and hooked up my existing Dakota Lithium 12V 3A charger to the new battery. The light on my charger started flickering green and red, which it had never done before. I reached out to Dakota Lithium Batteries and within a couple of hours, I had a reply from Jean.
Jean, had a few questions about the charger and after I sent her my responses, they determined that my charger was faulty and would send me a new charger to troubleshoot the problem. They asked me to contact them after I charged the batteries with the new charger and let them know what the voltage read. After charging both of my Dakota Lithium batteries, each read 13.8 volts! I was back up and running in less than a week!
