This battery is purchased as a replacement for a conventional battery to power the GPS/Sonar unit for my Hobie Outback kayak that has a Hobie battery box specifically to fit the hatch of this kayak. The battery provides the specified voltage and powers the electronics perfectly. No testing done on the amp hour life of the battery to date.
The advertised dimensions of this Dakota Lithium 12v battery are exactly as advertised – the battery did fit the battery case as required for this purpose.
