The batteries I purchased were installed in an Acorn Stair Chairlift. They replaced the standard Lead-Acid Batteries with zero difficulty. Since the Chair charging system is 24vdc (the batteries are installed in series), I only had to pre-charge each 12 volt battery with the 12vdc Charger prior to installation. The Chairlift runs smoothly and without any power fade near the top of the stairs as with the Lead-Acid batteries. I fully expect these batteries to last at least double the time of the original Lead-Acid Batteries, if not longer. The cost of the original Lead-Acid Batteries by the installation company every time the voltage dropped below 20vdc was over $130 for the pair. This was a twice yearly event. When I decided to do the replacement myself, the removal & installation of the batteries was covered by a You-Tube Video. Easy enough for anyone who knows which end of a screwdriver to use. I highly recommend the Dakota LiFePO4 Batteries as a replacement for ANY Lead-Acid battery installation. I can not believe how lite these batteries are I use these for ice fishing and two of these batteries weigh less than one lead acid batt of same size. and you can use them for helix fish finder for three days before you need to recharge. very happy with the batteries

I get an entire day of run time on my helix 7. Sure beats bringing multiple lead acid batteries for a day of fishing. Also they are super lightweight.
