Ordered the 3A battery charger and received a 10A. They sent a note with it that they were out of 3A chargers and rather than to make me wait until they received more they upgraded me to a 10A. Great service.

I just received battery and charger. Good experience so far. Website mentioned that there was backorder on charger and it would be at least a couple weeks before the order would process/ship. I didn’t need it for while so I went with it. Immediately upon placing the order the DL sent notice for free t shirt for being patient. A few days later the battery showed up and DL mentioned they provided 10A charger instead of 3A. Lithium can take much higher charge rate than other batt types so only upside there. Battery’s initial charge was easy, automatic and successful. It’s early yet and the proof will be in it’s durability- but I have every reason to believe this will be a solid battery well into the future.

I can’t actually comment on this charger as it was out of stock shortly after I ordered, but I do really like the upgraded model they sent instead just to make sure my order got to me on time.

I ordered the 3A charger with my 10ah battery but it was on back order, but little did I know they sent me the 10A charger instead. World class customer service! They have definitely made me a customer for life.

My charger was actually upgraded to a 10 amp charger. I have not tried it yet but am confident that it will perform as flawlessly as the batteries.

I ended up getting upgraded on both my battery and charger, i love both products so far, the battery weight is amazing and makes hole hopping a breeze with not having to lug around the old school battery all day!
