I give this a 4 only because of how hot the charger gets. Really have to be careful where you set the charger when in use.

Seems to be a very well built product. So far it has performed as expected. Support answered any questions I had promptly and clearly. Would Definitely recommend Dakota to friends. Delivery to Eastern Canada was slightly faster then I expected too.
