All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipment.
Lithium batteries are regulated for transportation and may require specific packaging or shipping methods. Please keep your original packaging and contact our support team for return instructions before shipping a battery back to us.
Depending on the battery size or quantity, a palletized return may be required.
