Shipping Policy & Delivery Time

Most orders ship fast. Plan on 1–3 business days for our warehouse to pack and ship your battery, plus carrier transit time based on your location.

Before you order

  • Physical street address required. We can’t ship lithium batteries to a P.O. Box.

  • Signature required on delivery to comply with FedEx and DOT regulations.

Domestic shipping (Lower 48)

  • Batteries under 70 lbs: ship FedEx Ground

    • Typical transit time: 1–5 business days

    • Delivery days/times: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m.

  • Weekend delivery: may be available on request, contact sales before purchasing.

Freight shipping (heavier batteries)

  • Batteries over 70 lbs: ship freight

    • Typical transit time: 5–8 business days

International, Alaska, and Hawaii

  • We ship select orders using FedEx or DHL to approved countries and regions.

  • International orders may include additional shipping and customs fees (duty, GST) based on the product’s value.
